About

I
am a senior level consultant with broad
experience in the public sector and in the Canadian e-discovery area.
Although not a lawyer, I have developed an in-depth understanding of
the law
related to electronic discovery because of my work with the
Sedona Conference both in the U.S. and in Canada, and because of my
on-going research in the area.
I offer “common sense
discovery of electronic information” and practical solutions
in discovery disputes, discovery planning and in projects to
improve litigation readiness. As necessary, I can act as a neutral
third party to find
practical solutions to disputes involving discovery of electronic
information.
In addition to practical knowledge of discovery law, I bring my
experience as an IT manager and a project manager to each engagement. I
have led major litigation technology, business process improvement,
information management and technology development projects in Canada. I
also speak and write extensively on electronic discovery project
management and information management.
